Orders are processed the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day subject to availability. Availability of product is not guaranteed. Pre orders are all not refundable as they are made to order for our customers and are dispatched as soon as they are produced for the customer. For international shipping you will receive your merchandise within 5-9 business days subject to availability. Orders are processed from Sydney, Australia and shipped from Sydney. Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.

Can i track my package online?
Upon shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. For domestic or international orders, you can log on to www.auspost.com.au/track/ to track your package.
Online returns policy
Usual Suspects PTY.LTD. does not give refunds. Merchandise in original and unworn condition with all original tags attached, may be exchanged if sizing is incorrect. Usual Suspects PTY.LTD.  does not accept returns for change of mind.
Faulty Items
Faulty items can only be exchanged if there is a fault in the garment or it has been damaged during shipping. Items must be returned within 7 days of the shipping date when accompanied by the original  sales receipt. We require you to notify us of any faults via email or phone our head office on (02) 95183088 within this 7 day period.
After 7 days all sales are final
Usual Suspects PTY.LTD. will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. Upon our receiving and inspection of merchandise, an exchange will then be issued to the same customer with whom the original purchase was made. We will process your return or exchange as soon as possible. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed. We have the right to deny any exchanges if the merchandise returned do not meet our return policy requirements.
